Abstract
Fabrication of silver sul®de, silver and cobalt nanocrystals self organized in 2D and 3D superlattices is described. The
physical properties (optic or magnetic) of nanocrystals either isolated or self organized are compared. Collective properties are
observed when particles are arranged in 2D and 3D superlattices. # 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
