Abstract
According to Goldschmidt’s promise for lattice contraction, mean value approximation for bond strength and the
Lindemann’s criterion for melting, the bond length, bond strength and the melting temperature of cluster arrays consisting
of group III elements and Si are considered. The predicted results correspond to the experimental results and computer
simulation results well.
