چكيده فارسي :
در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻫﻀﻢ ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽ، ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ و اﻧﺮژي ﻣﺎده ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم ﮔﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻦ ﮐﻪ از ﻓﺮآورده ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻋﯽ آرد ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ در ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻي رﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮐﻤﺎن اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از 60 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزن 10 ± 200 ﮔﺮم ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر اﻧﻔﺮادي ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻣﺮﺟﻊ )ﭘﻮدر ﻣﺎﻫﯽ( و ﺟﯿﺮه آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ از ﮔﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻦ )30 درﺻﺪ( و ﭘﻮدر ﻣﺎﻫﯽ )70 درﺻﺪ( ﺑﻮد ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﺪﻓﻮع ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ روش اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج از اﻧﺘﻬﺎي روده ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ از ﺳﻠﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺎرﮐﺮ ﺧﻨﺜﯽ در ﺟﯿﺮه ﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ و ﻣﺪﻓﻮع ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽ ﺧﺎم، ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﺧﺎم و اﻧﺮژي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه در رواﺑﻂ ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻫﻀﻤﯽ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻫﻀﻢ ﻇﺎﻫﺮي ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ، ﭼﺮﺑﯽ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮔﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 18/2 ،23/5 و 22/65 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﺮژي ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻫﻀﻢ و اﻧﺮژي ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﺴﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 731 و 633 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮐﺎﻟﺮي ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﮔﻠﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻦ در ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺰل آﻻي رﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮐﻤﺎن از ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻫﻀﻢ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻨﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار
چكيده انگليسي :
he present study determined the nutrients digestbibility of Glumatin (wheat flour by-product) comprising dry matter, fat, protein and energy in rainbow trout. A total of 60 fish with average body weight 200±10 g that divided in two experimental groups were used. The experimental fish were individually fed a reference diet and test diet composed 70% reference diet and 30% test ingeredient (Glumatin). The fish feces were collected from the rectum. Celite as an inert marker was used (1%) in experimental diets. Chemical composition of experimental diets and feces including dry matter, crude fat, crude protein and gross energy were determined. The data were put in relative formula to calculate digestibility coefficients. Apparent digestibility coefficients values for dry matter, fat, protein of Glumatin were 23.5 22.65%, respectively. Digestible metabolizable energies were measureddigestibility in rainbow trout.
