واردات بي رويه تخم چشم‌زده قزل‌آلا و بروز و شيوع بيماريهاي خطرناك ويروسي در مراكز تكثير و پرورش قزل‌آلاي رنگين‌كمان در كشور طي دهه اخير، صنعت مذكور را در شرايطي بحراني قرار داده است .نامشخص بودن هويت ژنتيكي، سلامت و رشد در ماهي قز‌ل‌آلاي رنگين‌كمان پرورشي در كشور دركنار واردات سالانه حدود 233 ميليون عدد تخم چشم زده قزل‌آلاي رنگين‌كمان به ارزش تقريبي دو ميليون دلار و خسارات اقتصادي حدود 233 ميليارد توماني وارده به پرورش دهندگان درطي سال1392 و روند افزايشي خسارات ناشي از بروز بيماريهاي خطرناك در سال 1393، پردازش هدفمند و اقدام برنامه ريزي شده درجهت دستيابي به راهكارهاي اصولي براي حل مسئله و چالشهاي پيش‌روي صنعت مذكور را ضروري مي‌نمايد..
چكيده انگليسي :
Imperfect import of rainbow trout eye-egg and the incidence and prevalence of dangerous viral diseases such as Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis (IPN), Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) and Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis (IPN) in rainbow trout breeding and culture centers during the last decade, the country has put the industry in critical condition. Uncertainty about the genetic identity, health and growth in rainbow trout in the country, along with an annual import of about 200 million eye-eggs of rainbow trout worth about two million dollars and economic losses of about 200 billion tomans to farmers in 2013, the increasing trend of damages caused by dangerous diseases in 2014 will require targeted processing and planned action in order to achieve the principled solutions to the problem and the challenges facing the industry. Accordingly, the project of "Production of rainbow trout of Specific Pathogens Free (SPF) in the country" was prepared and developed with the support of the President of Deputy Science and Technology, Mazandaran Provincial Government and the Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization with the aim of achieving technical knowledge the production of rainbow trout of Specific Pathogens Free and selected based on health, growth and genetic factors and epidemiological evaluation of environmental and directory factors affecting the incidence of diseases in selected farms, pre-quarantine and SPF centers that its implementation would be one of the strategies to achieve sustainable development and increase the margin of investment security in the industry for national self-sufficiency based on the policy of resistance economy. This research was conducted with the aim of monitoring and evaluating of effective environmental and directory risk factors in the emergence of certain viral diseases in the area where the plan was deployed, pre-quarantine and SPF center in order to reach the management guidelines and reduce the evaluated risks in the studied environments from May to October of 2017. For this purpose, the environmental and directory risk factors evaluation questionnaire was completed. The physical and chemical parameters of the input and output water of the pre-quarantine hall such as: oxygen, temperature, pH were evaluated by portable multimeter at the site of sampling and nitrite, nitrate, Ammonium and ammonia were evaluated by colorimetric method by portable spectrophotometer two times per month for 6 months an‎d total count was evaluated by Pour Plate method once a month for 6 months. Fish in a re-quarantine hall were sampled to investigate the probability of infection with the IPN, IHN, VHS viruses and viral experiments were carried out in the Virus Laboratory of nland Waters Aquaculture Research CenterIranian Fisheries Science Research Institute Anzali and Veterinary Reference Laboratory of Mazandaran Province. The results showed that the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input and output water of the pre-quarantine hall were 17 °C, 8.31 mg/l, 7.99, 0.004 mg/l, 3.102 mg/l, 0.092 mg/l, 0.087 mg/l and 91 per ml, and average temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input and output water of the pre-quarantine were 17.48 °C, 8.20 mg/l, 8.18, 0.045 mg/l, 3.744 mg/l, 0.090 mg/l, 0.088 mg/l and 785 per ml. The findings of this research indicate that in the process of production of rainbow trout of Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) from the pre-adult stage to adult stage in the pre-quarantine hall has been there avoiding the entry of pathogens with proper management and proper performance of various stages of disinfection, aeration and regular replacement Water. Also, due to fluctuations in temperature, dissolved oxygen, nitrate and ammonia water at each sampling stage should be used the strategies for eliminating risk factors.Keywords:Epizeologic evaluation, Environmental and directory risk factors, Viral Diseases, Pre-Quarantine, SPF
