Imperfect import of rainbow trout eye-egg and the incidence and prevalence of dangerous viral diseases such as Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis (IPN), Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia (VHS) and Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis (IPN) in rainbow trout breeding and culture centers during the last decade, the country has put the industry in critical condition. Accordingly, the project of "Production of rainbow trout of Specific Pathogens Free (SPF) in the country" was prepared and developed with the support of the President of Deputy Science and Technology, Mazandaran Provincial Government and the Agricultural Research Education and Extension Organization with the aim of achieving technical knowledge the production of rainbow trout of Specific Pathogens Free and selected based on health, growth and genetic factors and epidemiological evaluation of environmental and directory factors affecting the incidence of diseases in selected farms, pre-quarantine and SPF centers that its implementation would be one of the strategies to achieve sustainable development and increase the margin of investment security in the industry for national self-sufficiency based on the policy of resistance economy. This research was conducted with the aim of Epizeologic evaluation of environmental and directory risk factors in evidence of some notifiable viral diseases in farmed rainbow trout in Mazandaran (Ghezel Kowsar Production, Reproduction and Farming Corporation, Coldwater fish breeding 3000, Negin Haraz Reproduction and Farming Corporation) to identify the environmental risk factors and effective management in the emergence of specific diseases in selected farms, determine the extent of influencing the environmental and managerial factors in the incidence of diseases and provide scientific-practical guidelines and models. Reduced risks assessed in the studied environments from June 1396 to November 1396. For this purpose, the environmental and directory risk factors evaluation questionnaire was completed for selected farms and the physical and chemical parameters of the input and output water of each of them such as: oxygen, temperature, pH were evaluated by portable multimeter at the site of sampling and nitrite, nitrate, Ammonium and ammonia were evaluated by colorimetric method by portable spectrophotometer two times per month for 6 months and total count was evaluated by Pour Plate method once a month for 6 months. The Fish in the farms before moving to the pre- quarantine hall in the city of Tonekabon were sampled to investigate the probability of infection with the IPN, IHN, VHS viruses and viral experiments were carried out in the Virus Laboratory of inland Waters Aquaculture Research CenterIranian Fisheries Science Research Institute Anzali and Veterinary Reference Laboratory of Mazandaran Province. The results showed that the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input Spring water of the Ghezel Kowsar Production, Reproduction and Farming Corporation were 11.62±0.82°C, 9.62±0.33mg/l, 8.61±0.36, 0.006±0.005mg/l, 1.01±0.45mg/l, 0.032±0.057 mg/l, 0.030±0.053 mg/l and 3.50±3.98 per ml, the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input River water of the Ghezel Kowsar Production, Reproduction and Farming Corporation were 11.90±1.64°C, 9.35±0.33mg/l, 8.58±0.28, 0.004±0.001mg/l, 0.94±0.53mg/l, 0.002±0.006mg/l, 0.001±0.002mg/l and 95.33±77.90 per ml, the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input Spring and Stream water of the Coldwater fish breeding 3000 were 16.50±2.32°C, 8.82±0.54mg/l, 8.14±0.40, 0.02±0.04mg/l, 2.60±0.90mg/l, 0.13±0.12 mg/l, 0.125±0.120mg/l and 68.66±23.98 per ml, the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input River water of the Coldwater fish breeding 3000 were 15.85±21.71°C, 8.98±0.56mg/l, 8.36±0.27, 0.01±0.02mg/l, 1.41±0.27mg/l, 0.03±0.04 mg/l, 0.033±0.038mg/l and 221.16±69.81 per ml, the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia and total count of the input River water of the Negin Haraz Reproduction and Farming Corporation were 13.23±2.04°C, 8.44±0.47mg/l, 8.62±0.31, 0.22±0.66mg/l, 1.86±1.82mg/l, 0.0030±0.0031mg/l, 0.008±0.022mg/l and 320.33±134.22 per ml. The findings of this research indicate that in the process of production of rainbow trout of Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) from the pre-adult stage to adult stage in the selected farms has been there avoiding the entry of pathogens with proper management and proper performance of various stages of disinfection, aeration and regular replacement Water. Also, pH, nitrate and water ammonia indices in the Ghezel Kowsar Production and Propagation Corporation, temperature indices, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate and ammonia in the production of the Coldwater fish breeding 3000 and indices of nitrite, nitrate and ammonia of the Negin Haraz Reproduction and Farming Corporation are the risk factors and necessary measures should be taken to improve them.
