چكيده فارسي :
افزايش جمعيت جهان و محدوديت آب شيرين باعث تغيير رويكرد به سمت آبزي پروري ساحلي و فعاليت هاي پرورش ماهي در قفس را باعث گرديده است . پرورش ماهي در قفس زماني موفق خواهد بود كه براي تمامي مراحل آن از انتخاب سايت تا انتخاب گونه بر اساس معيار هاي صحيح انجام گيرد. لذا اولين شرط موفقيت، انتخاب گونه مناسب است اين پروژه با هدف تعيين معيارهاي انتخاب گونه مناسب در خليج فارس و درياي خزر انجام شده است. روش تحقيق بر مبناي مطالعات گذشته نگر وبر پايه مطالعات اسنادي و تجارب ساير كشورهاي پيشرو در زمينه توليد فعاليت پرورش ماهي در قفس مي باشد. همچنين معيارهاي انتخاب گونه براي پرورش ماهي در قفس بر اساس شرايط محيطي ، اكولوژيك ، اقتصادي و اجتماعي حاكم بر كشور و ملاحظات زيست محيطي انتخاب خواهند شد.
در نهايت اين معيارها ، بر اساس فاكتورهاي زيست شناختي گونه شامل: ويژگي هاي رفتاري ، فيزيولوژيك ، هزينه هاي توليد ، بومي بودن ، معيارهاي بازار پسندي (عرضه و تقاضا )، قيمت تمام شده ، قابليت فرآوري ، تجارت جهاني و معيارهاي محيطي شامل درجه حرارت و شرايط فيزيكي و شيميايي آب انتخاب گرديد. لذا ماهيان سي بس آسيايي ،صبيتي، سوكلا، هامور، پرستوماهي و شانك براي جنوب و ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين كمان ، آزاد درياي خزر، فيل ماهي، سوف معمولي و كپور دريايي براي درياي خزر مستعد پرورش در قفس انتخاب گرديدند.
چكيده انگليسي :
The increase in the world's population and the restriction of freshwater have led to a shift in approach to coastal aquaculture and cage culture.
Cage culture will be successful when it is done according to the right criteria for all its stages from site selection to species selection.
Therefore, the first step for success is selection of suitable species. This project aims to determine the criteria for selection of suitable species in the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea.
The research method is based on retrospective studies based on documentary studies and experiences of other leading countries in producing cage fishery activities. Criteria for species selection for cage culture will also be selected based on the country's environmental, ecological, economic and social conditions and environmental considerations.
Finally, these criteria, based on biological factors of the species include: behavioral, physiological characteristics, production costs, nativeness, market-based criteria (supply and demand), cost price, processability, world trade and environmental criteria including degree Heat and physical and chemical conditions of the water were selected. Therefore, Asian Sea bass(Lates calcarifer), Sobeity(Sparidentex hasta), Cobia (Rachycendrom canadum), Hammur(Epinephelus coioides), Parastomahi(PompanoSp.) and Shank(Acanthopagrus latus) fish were selected for southern and rainbow(Onchorhyccus mykiss) trout Caspian(Salmo trutta caspius) , elephant(Huso huso), common perch(Sander lucioperca) and marine carp (Cyprinus carpio)for susceptible Caspian rearing.
