Aquatic of Artificial reef(A.R) were studied in Bandar-e-Bostaneh (Bandar lengeh) ((two areas one station concrete pipe(A.Rp) and second combination of concrete pipe, pyramidal and Reef ball structures(A.Rp,p,b)) and Bandar Salakh(Qeshm island) (concrete pipe(A.Rp.kh)) by underwater visual census method and Randomized complete block design from 21Mar. 2017 to 20Mar.2018 Seasonally. The number of families and biomass of aquatic total (kg) were concluded (58, 3794.95), (60, 1569.56) and (75, 6842.56), for A.Rp.kh, A.Rp and A.Rp,p,b , respectively. Also, number of species and biomass (kg) were estimated for commercial fish, ornamental fish and other aquatic (2978, 2872.28; 1156, 370.56 and 3528, 552.11), (1447, 874.7; 1956, 392.21 and 2778, 302.55) and (5778, 5181.93; 7712,883.53 and 4792, 777.1), for A.Rp.kh, A.Rp and A.Rp, p, b, separately. In order to, bootstrapping test was used to estimation the confidence limits of calculated mass for each group of aquatic animals. The results of the principal component analysis of physical-chemical parameters(temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, salinity, chlorophyll-a, ammoniac, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate and turbidity) , gain size(clay, silt and sand) and aquatic families number showed a significant relationship in A.Rp.kh (Sphyraenidae, pomacentridae, apogonidae, serranidae, nemipteridae, soft coral and sponge), A.Rp(Lutjanidae, Sphyraenidae, apogonidae and serranidae) and A.Rp, p, b (Lutjanidae, serranidae and sponge) to other aquatic animals to some of them. In addition, in the study of the correlation between physical-chemical parameters of water and the total number of aquatic families, the results of pearson test showed that between the total number of aquatic animals and the temperature (R2= -0.58), chlorophyll a (R2 = 0.86), nitrate (R2 = 0/38), and turbidity (R2 = 0.64), and between sphyraenidae and temperature (R2 = -0/36), and lutjanilade and chlorophyll a (R2 = 0/38), have a significant correlation with 95% probability level (P <0.05). In addition, the results of this test between grain size and the number of aquatic families has shown there was a significant correlation between clay and serranidae (R2 = 0.79), Lutjanidae (R2 = 0.59), Sparidae (R2 = 0.56), sponge (R2 = 0.52), and the whole of aquatic animals (R2 = 0.57), (p <0.05).Theremore, in assessing biodiversity indices were concluded maximum of shanon- wiener (2.5), simpson (0.88), alpha fisher (5.9), and margalf (8.22) indices in A.Rp,p,b. The more of biodiversity, biomass and aquatic count in A.R p, p, b, showd the greater impact of this region on the increasing of aquatic stocks.
The results of this research have been shown to role of A.R in fisheries management through fishery reserve in Bandar-e-Bostaneh and Bandar-e-Salakh, and had determined positive role more of complexity of the physical structure ,setellment beds and clay particle in increasing of A.R carrying capacity.
