چكيده انگليسي :
In Poldasht Shahid Kazemi warm water fish propagation center, Chiness cyprinid and pike perch (Stizostedion lucioperca) are produced and released to the water resources of West Azarbaijan to restocking purposes. Also, a large number of these fish are transported to the water resources and fish farms of the other parts of the country. This study was performed to isolate and identify the parasitic and fungal fauna in Chinese cyprinids and pike perch propagated in this center. In this study, 40 samples of each fish species in three different stages including larvae, fingerling and released fish to water resources with average weight (Mean ±SE) of 500 ± 0.3mg in incubation room, 1±0.5 g in fingerlings and 7±0.6 g from release fish were studied, respectively. For fungal study sampling were performed from eggs and infected organs of fish. The samples were isolated and identified based on routine parasitic and fungal identification keys. According to obtained results in larval stage only infestation to Diplostomum.sp was observed in Chiness cyprinid. Also, in fingerlings, Trichodina.sp ، Ichthyophthirius.sp ، Chilodonella.sp، Copepodea sp. were identified. Totally, the highest infestation to Diplostomum.sp were in Common carp (43%), fingerlings (30%) and larvae (15%) respectively. Comparison of frequency, severity and incidence rate among larval species did not show any significant differences. Also, these differences were not significant among fingerlings and released fish. This showed the identical quality of water in larvae, fingerlings and released fish to ponds. In this study 4 fungal genus including Saprolegnia.sp، Fusarium.sp، Aspergillus.sp، Penicillium.sp were isolated and identified from eggs, gills and skins of studied fish species. The highest fungal infestation were observed in Grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) and Saprolegnia was dominant in eggs. In this center, the huge variety of parasitic protozoa, digenea and monogens and fungi were coexisted. In all circumstances including temperature ranges, or environmental stress conditions, the relations were advantageous to the most of these symbiosis that can lead to decline in growth and increased mortality. In fish culture, unpleasant condition from environment or host can be dangerous and may increase the incidence rate of parasitic and fungal infestation (regardless to type of infestation).
