در اين بررسي كيفيت آب هاي ورودي و پساب هاي خروجي سايت هاي پرورش ميگوي تياب شمالي و جنوبي واقع در شهرستان ميناب استان هرمزگان طي يك دوره پرورش شش ماهه از خرداد تا آبان سال 1397 مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. نمونه برداري از آب هاي ورودي و پساب هاي خروجي سايت هاي پرورش ميگو در شش ايستگاه با استفاده از بطري نمونه بردار نانسن صورت گرفت. پارمترهاي مورد مطالعه شامل دماي آب، pH ، شوري، اكسيژن محلول، ميزان اكسيژن خواهي زيستي ، نيترات، نيتريت، آمونياك كل، فسفات، مواد معلق كل و كلروفيل a بوده است. نتايج آزمون هاي آماري نشان داد كه بين آب هاي ورودي و پساب هاي خروجي سايت هاي پرورش ميگو از نظر تغييرات مربوط به دماي آب، اكسيژن محلول، فراواني كل جمعيت پلانكتوني، اختلاف معني داري وجود نداشته است (0.05

In the present study, the quality of inlet water and effluent from Shrimp farming sites in North and South Tiab district located in Minab city of Hormozgan province from June to November 2018 was evaluated during a shrimp culture. Sampling was performed at six stations using a Nansen sampler bottle from the inlet and outlet effluents of shrimp farming sites. The water quality parameters studied in this study includeding: water Temperature, pH, Dissolved oxygen, BOB5, Nitrate, Nitrite, Total ammonia, phosphorus, Total suspended solids and chlorophyll.a respectively. The results of the statistical test showed that there was no significant difference between inlet water and effluent of Shrimp farming sites for water temperature, dissolved oxygen and the abundance of phytoplankton populations .In the effluents and at some times in the inlet waters, relatively strong algae blooms were observed by the genus Formidium sp., Osilatoria sp., and Gymnodeninium sp. The results of estimating organic and inorganic loads showed that during a shrimp culture period, approximately 76260 tons of nitrogen as soluble mineral nitrogen (with a standard error of 5200 tons), 19640 tons of phosphate as a soluble phosphate (with a standard error of 2580 tons), 32540 tons of material Suspended solids (with a standard error of 1500 tons), 1758 tons of organic matter as BOD5 (with a standard error of 95 tons) and 1033 tons of as chlorophyll a (with a standard error of 60 tons) can enter the receiving water (in this study effluents enter in Tiab district). According to some mathematical index scale, the trophic status and algal bloom risk effluents at a high level and quality of water contamination by organic and inorganic surface has been bad (High pollution with organic matter). In general, the results showed that at present, shrimp farming activities in the study area cause a large volume of untreated effluents with large amounts of inorganic and organic pollutants to enter the receiving waters (Tiab district). Also, some water quality parameters in effluents such as salinity, suspended solids and phosphate in effluents were more than the allowable value provided by some national water quality standards to protect aquatic life to enter the receiving waters. Defining the necessary environmental criteria for effluents to enter coastal waters, by using physical treatment methods such as; construction of sedimentation ponds and Establishment of a biological effluent treatment system can reduce the concentration of organic and inorganic pollutants and environmental challenges caused by the entry Effluents into coastal waters.
