چكيده فارسي :
بانك ژن يكي از موثرترين راه هاي حفاظت از گونه هاي گياهي و جانوري به خصوص گونه هاي در معرض خطر انقراض است كه در اين ارتباط تهيه و نگهداري از ذخاير ژنتيكي جانوري و گياهي و حفظ تنوع زيستي با استفاده از تكنيك هاي زيست فناوري از مهمترين اهداف ايجاد بانك ژن ميباشد. در اين طرح كه در شمال و جنوب كشور از سال 89 لغايت 95 كشور اجرا شد نمونه هاي بافت و ماده ژنتيكي كل ( Total DNA ) از گونه هاي مختلف با استفاده از تكنيك هاي زيست فناوري در جهت مديريت ذخاير ژنتيكي گونه ها ي مهم و اقتصادي خليج فارس و درياي عمان و درياي خزر تهيه گرديد. از پروژه هاي مهم كه در اين طرح مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت ميتوان به پروژه ايجاد بانك ژن ماهيان خليج فارس و درياي عمان، پروژه ايجاد بانك ژن ميگو ها و سخت پوستان خليح فارس ، پروزه ايجاد بانك ژن ماهيان استخواني و در نهايت پروژه ايجاد بانك ژن گونه هاي ماهيان آبهاي داخلي اشاره كرد .در تمام پروژه ها سعي شده است كه با استفاده از بهترين روشها اقدام به بررسي تفاوت هاي ژنتيكي آنها با استفاده از ژن هاي سيتو كرم اكسيداز و 16sr DNA گردد. اين طرح نه تنها اطلاعات جامعي در خصوص پراكنش و معرفي گونه هاي جديد با ساختار ژنتيكي متفاوت را ارايه ميدهد بلكه سعي ميشود روش هاي مناسب در جهت توسعه بانك ژن ابزيان كشور و نيز توليد رده هاي سلولي انواع آبزيان مورد نياز مراكز تحقيقاتي و دانشگاهي مورد توجه قرار گرفته ودر نهايت ماركرهاي ژنتيكي مربوط به گونه هاي مختلف آبزيان منطقه معرفي ميگردد.
چكيده انگليسي :
Gene banks are one of the most effective ways to protect plant and animal species, especially endangered species. Preparation and maintenance of animal and plant genetic resources and conservation of biodiversity using biotechnology techniques is one of the most important goals of creating a gene bank.In this project, which was implemented in the north and south of the country, biological samples, tissue and total genetic material (Total DNA) of different species were prepared using biotechnology techniques in order to manage the genetic resources of important endemic and economics species from the Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf and the Oman sea as well. the main important projects which were performed and analyzed in this study are the project of creating a fish gene bank of the Persian Gulf and the Oman, the project of creating a gene bank of shrimp and crustaceans from the Persian Gulf, the project of creating a gene bank of bony fished of Caspian sea and finally The project to create a gene bank of inland fish species. In all projects, it has been tried to collect samples and prepare a gene bank (Total DNA and tissue from important and economical samples) using the best methods.This project not only provides comprehensive information about the distribution and introduction of new species with different genetic structure, but also tries to find appropriate methods for the development of the country's aquatic gene bank and also the production of cell lines of aquatic species required by research and academic centers. Finally, genetic markers related to different aquatic species in the region are introduced.
