the climate change phenomenon and global warming can affect the distribution, abundance and composition of aquatic animals, especially marine fish communities. According to a series of studies and researches conducted in the marine and ocean basins of the world about increased temperature, the Iranian seas of the north (Caspian Sea) and south (Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz and Gulf of Oman) are no exception to this rule and see an increase in heat degree. Therefore, the present study was organized and conducted to identify these effects on fish assemblages in the northern and southern marine zones of the country border and transboundary waters. As a general overview, the results of data analysis and information showed that climate change and its effects on changes in various environmental factors, has a significant impact on fish stocks. In this study, data related to fish stocks based on Catch per Unit Effort (CPUE) index of fish in three northern provinces including Gilan, Mazandaran and Golestan and four southern provinces including Khuzestan, Bushehr, HormuzganHormuzgan and Sistan -Baluchestan extracted from the database of the Iran Fisheries Organization, environmental data including: sea surface temperature (SST, °C ), surface water chlorophyll-a (CH, mg/l) extracted from data recorded by MODIS satellite, as well as wind speed (WS ,m/s), air temperature (AT, °C), evaporation (E,mm) and rainfall (R, mm) from the database of the Iran Meteorological Organization . Fishing sites data for the Caspian Sea bony fishes gillnet were collected monthly (1997-2018), data for small pelagic fishes beach net Hormuzganwere collected monthly (2000-2018) and gillnet catch were collected monthly (2007-2018) in Hormuzgan province fishing sites. After the testing data normal distribution, in order to determine the relationship between dependent variable (CPUE) with environmental factors have applied the Generalized Linear Regression Analysis (GLM) ,Generalized Additive Model(GAM), step by step regression analysis, decision tree, neural network analysis and MAFA and DFA multivariate time series models. We find in the Iranian waters of the Caspian Sea, the mean of SST was 14.14 ± 5.64°C and the highest amount of SST were recorded from Golestan> Mazandaran> Gilan, respectively, mean chlorophyll-a was 1.75 ± 3.82 mg/L and the highest value were found from Gilan> Mazandaran> Golestan respectively, mean rainfall was121±15mm and Gilan> Mazandaran> Golestan with the highest values respectively, mean evaporation was 45.25±26.4 and the highest values were Golestan> Mazandaran> Gilan respectively, The mean air temperature was 12.38±4.57with the highest value in Golestan> Mazandaran> Gilan , and the wind speed was 9.03±7.1m/s and Mazandaran> Golestan> Gilan with the highest values respectively. All factors showed a significant difference (P>0.05) between the three northern provinces (the Caspian Sea). The amount of fish stocks during the period 1997-2018 had a decreasing and environmental factors have increased although, the trend of provincial environmental changes were not the same and the studied factors have acted differently on marine reserves. But in the meantime, evaporation with the most effect and then rainfall and water temperature has been the most effective factors. In addition to the mentioned factors, the level of the Caspian Sea also related to the decrease of kilka, mullet and rutilus stocks. Study on small pelagic fishes stocks in the Iranian waters of Hurmuzgan province, the result of analyses were shown the Chlorophyll-a, rainfall and wind speed have been effective on. Also in the study of 2007-2018 in the four provinces of Khuzestan, Bushehr, Hormuzgan and Sistan-Baluchestan and the environment factors (sea surface temperature, air temperature, chlorophyll, wind speed, evaporation and rainfall) has been done. Also, based on the environmental factors data time series of mentioned provincesHormuzgan, it was found that there were significant differences between the mentioned factors for all southern provinces (p-value <0.05) and this inter-provincial difference appeared more for wind speed, evaporation and rainfall factors. The results showed that wind speed trend in the Khuzestan, Bushehr and Sistan-Baluchestan decreased with a greater decrease in Hormuzgan(1.5m/s). The evaporation has a decreasing trend in all provinces with a sharp decrease in Sistan-Baluchestan, air temperature and sea surface temperature increased in four provinces, rainfall increased in Bushehr and Khuzestan provinces and chlorophyll-a increased in Hormuzgan and decreased in Khuzestan and Bushehr. In the present study, CPUE changes during the 2007-2018 were different in the provinces and the order was (771.66) Sistan and Baluchestan (676.19) Hormuzgan (97.45) Khuzestan (91/20) Bushehr was obtained by increasing the CPUE in Hormuzgan waters and reduction was obtained in Khuzestan and Sistan-Baluchestan provinces. The relationship between the amount of CPUE and environmental factors based on the most effective factors was obtained in Sistan-Baluchestan waters (air temperature, sea surface temperature and then rainfall), Hormuzgan waters (sea surface temperature and evaporation), Bushehr waters (wind speed with the most effective and then chlorophyll, air temperature and sea surface temperature), Khuzestan waters (wind speed, air temperature, chlorophyll and sea surface temperature) . These relationship between each of environmental factors and CPUE indicates absolutely showed the impact of climate change on fish stockes, which naturally indicates the sensitivity of species or species groups and therefore the need to pay attention to the management of conservation and sustainable use of marine resources and a new management approach. Considering the ecological conditions of the species-ecosystem-based ecosystem that has been created under the new conditions affected by climate change
