چكيده فارسي :
بر اساس آمار سازمان خواروبار جهاني در سال 2020 ميزان توليد آبزيان پرورشي بالغ بر 178.5 ميليون تن گزارش شده است. رتبه اول تا سوم پرورش ماهيان باله دار به ترتيب مربوط به كپور علفخوار، كپور نقره اي و تيلاپياي نيل است. ميزان پرورش انواع سخت پوستان در اين امار حدود 9 ميليون تن است. اين حجم از پرورش ماهي و سخت پوستان قطعا بدون حمايت صنعت خوراك غير ممكن است. نقش خوراك در آبزي پروري بسيار كليدي است و موفقيت آبزي پروري رابطه مستقيم با آن دارد. در كل بايد گفت توليد غذاي انسان وابسته به صنعت توليد خوراك دام هاي پرورشي است و اين صنعت تضمين كننده تامين پروتئين براي جوامع بشري مي باشد. كيفيت خوراك دام هاي پرورشي، تضمين كننده توليد پروتئين هاي ايمن، پايدار و سالم جهت مصرف انسان مي باشد. ميزان توليد خوراك دام در دنيا در سال 2020 بيش از يك ميليارد تن بوده است و ميزان سود اقتصادي حاصل از اين كار به 400 ميليارد دلار مي رسد. اين صنعت توانسته است در 130 كشور جهان بيش از يك ميليون نفر را بصورت مستقيم و غير مستقيم شاغل نمايد. بر اساس پيش بيني ها جمعيت جهان تا سال 2050 به بيش از 9 ميليارد نفر مي رسد. براي تغذيه اين جمعيت، ميزان توليد پروتئين بايد بيش از 60% ميزان موجود باشد و در اين بين نقش آبزي پروري بسيار بيشتر و مهمتر بوده بطوريكه ميزان پرورش آبزيان حدود 3 برابر ميزان فعلي و بالاتر از ساير دام هاي پرورشي پيش بيني مي گردد. با اين پيش زمينه، اهميت صنعت توليد خوراك دام، طيور و آبزيان بيش از پيش مشخص خواهد شد. اين صنعت نقش كليدي در آينده آبزي پروري و پرورش دام و طيور دارد. براي حمايت از اين صنعت در راه پيش رو 3 ركن استراتژيك و راهبردي بايد مد نظر قرار گيرد. اول پايداري و استمرار توليد خوراك، دوم وضع قوانين نظارتي و استانداردهاي ملي و بين المللي و سوم آموزش و به اشتراك گذاري اصول GMP و GAFMP در زمينه خوراك دام و آبزيان.

Abstract
According to the World Food Organization, in 2020, the production of aquaculture is 178.5 million tons. The first to third ranks of finfish production are related to grass carp, silver carp and Nile tilapia, respectively. The amount of crustacean culture is about 9 million tons. Production of this amount of fish and crustacean farming is certainly impossible without the support of the aqua-feed industry. The role of feed in aquaculture is strategic and the success of aquaculture is directly related to it. In general, it should be said that the production of human food depends on the feed production industry of livestock and aquaculture and this industry guarantees the supply of protein to human societies. The quality of feed for livestock and aquaculture, guarantees the production of safe, sustainable and healthy proteins for human consumption. The world production of animal feed in 2020 was more than one billion tons and its economic profit reached up to $ 400 billion. The industry has been able to directly and indirectly employ more than one million people in 130 countries. The world population is projected to reach more than 9 billion by 2050. To feed this population, the amount of protein production should be more than 60% of the available amount, and in the meantime, the role of aquaculture is much more and more important, so that the amount of aquaculture is about 3 times the current rate and higher than other livestock. According to this background, the importance of the aqua-feed industry becomes clearer than ever. This industry has a key role in the future of aquaculture and animal husbandry. To support this industry in the way ahead, 3 strategic pillars must be considered. The first, is the sustainability and continuity of feed production, the second is the establishment of regulatory laws and national and international standards, and the third is the training and sharing of GMP and GAFMP principles in the field of animal and aquatic feed production
