چكيده فارسي :
ماهي آزاد( Salmo trutta caspius Kessler, 1870)، يكي از باارزشترين گونه هاي شيلاتي درياي خزر مي باشد. تاكنون برنامه ريزي هدفمندي روي آبزي پروري اين گونه به عمل نيامده است. براي آبزي پروري يك گونه وحشي، ابتدا نياز به آدابتاسيون و اهلي سازي مي باشد. فاز اول طرح پرورش و آدابتاسيون ماهي آزاد درياي خزر، دست يابي به ماهي آزاد با وزن250 گرم بود. در اين ارتباط تعداد 31000 لارو با ميانگين وزن217/0±075/1 ميلي گرم از 27 مولد وحشي با ميانگين وزن 795±1900 گرم و طول7±77/52 سانتيمتر استفاده گرديد. تراكم پرورش، تنها متغيير اين بررسي بود. لاروها تا تبديل شدن به ماهي آزاد با وزن تقريبي 250 گرمي در 7 زير مرحله تنظيم تراكم شدند. هر زير مرحله داراي سه تراكم با سه تكرار بود. نوسانات ميزان رشد روزانه(GR) يا رشد ويژه(SGR) در طول اين بررسي به استثناء زير مراحل 100-250 گرم و 3-5 گرم، اختلاف معني داري نشان ندادند(05/0
چكيده انگليسي :
Caspian salmon, ( Salmo trutta caspius Kessler, 1870), is one of the most valuable fisheries species in Caspian Sea. From the viewpoint of aquaculture on these values, correct planning has not been done so far. In wild species for aquaculture, first strategy is needed to adaptation and domestication. Growth rate of fish as an important index to judge the extent of being domesticated at the selective breeding method is more valuable factor in the next generation to generation. The first phase of program “cultivation and adaptation of Caspian salmon”, salmon production was reached to 250g approximately. In this regard, the number 31000 of larvae with a mean weight 713.93mg of wild brood fish 27 with average weight 1900g and length 52.77cm were selected. That rearing or stocking density, the only variable considered was selected. Larvae became salmon weighing approximately 250g, the following seven sub-stages (1-3, 3-5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-40, 40-100 and 100-250 g) were set density. Each sub-stage has three densities with three replications. Daily changes in growth rate(GR) and specific growth rates (SGR) during the review process with the exception of the following 100-250 g and 3-5g, did not show significant difference (p>0.05). FCR values of the exception sub-stage 3-5 g, in other densities adjusted, significant difference was not observed (p>0.05). During this review, grade of fish population was conducted four times and population with fewer growth rates was removed from the main population. Then was delivered to Bahonar Shahid cultivation and reproductive center. During this review, the mortality rate was less than 10%. In 31000 larvae mentioned, more than 1700 salmon numbers with mean weight 293 g were isolated and were selective for the second phase of the project.
