چكيده لاتين :
Khatami and his government, from the time of taking up office in the
summer of 1997, resolutely pursued the nuclear program and proved its definitive
will to realize a peaceful nuclear program which included the construction of nuclear
power plants and production of the required fuel. Alongside such programs on the
domestic scene, Khatamiיs administration adopted a series of measures within the
framework of the international and legal instruments mainly the NPT and the
specialized international institutions like IAEA, to increase confidence and
transparency. Hence, this article tries to examine the major developments in this
regard.
