چكيده لاتين :
National development constitutes one of the most important goals in the
Islamic Republic of Iranיs 20-Year View so that Iran can emerge within the next 20
years as a developed country leading the region economically, scientifically and
technologically. In this article, efforts were made, after explaining various types of
foreign policy and the development pattern envisaged in the View, to offer a policy
that would be compatible. It was argued that a developmentalist foreign policy based
on interactive or reformist exogeneity conforms to an export expansion pattern.
