چكيده عربي :
أحد الأساليب الشائعة في العربية القديمة والمعاصرة أسلوب «ما ... مِن». فقد استخدم في كتاب تحف العقولخمس ومائة مرة وجاء في فتوح البلدان في واحد وعشرين موطناً. هذا الأسلوب الذي يتكوّن من «ما» ــ وهي موصولة أو شرطية ــ و«مِن» البيانية، قامت المقالة بدراسته نحواً وبلاغة وترجمة. فذكرت فيها أولاً أنواع ما، ثم معنى «مِن» البيانية مشفوعاً بأمثلة مختلفة وكيفية تمييزها عن «من» التبعيضية،لتتحدث فيما بعد عن سبب استخدام هذا الأسلوب والمنحى البلاغي فيه. ثم ذكرت مصاديق من هذا الأسلوب في الكتابين ودرست ترجمتها بعد استقصاء ما ورد من هذا الأسلوب في الكتابين؛ فتوصلت إلى أن هذا الأسلوب يستخدم لغرض الترسيخ، وأن هذا التأكيد قد يصحبه التعميمُ أيضاً،وتخلصت إلى أنه لا يوجد طريق محدد لترجمة هذا الأسلوب، وإنما يُترجم حسب ما يكون سلساً في اللغة الهدف وهنا الفارسية.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the common styles in ancient and contemporary Arabic is the expression of «ما ... مِن». This style has been used 105 times in Tuḥaf al-'Uqūl and 21 times in Futūḥ al-Buldān. It consists of "ما الموصولة" as a relative pronoun or "ما الشرطية" as a conditional noun and "مِن البيانية" as an indicative preposition. This style is studied in this article from the three grammatical, rhetorical and translational aspects. At first, different types of "ما " have been briefly explained, then the meaning of "مِن البيانية" and its translation has been expressed with many examples and the difference between that and "مِن التبعيضية" " as a partitive preposition has been elaborated. In the next section, the reason why this style is used and its rhetoric aspect are explained, then the translations of some examples of this style used in the above mentioned books, have been analyzed. The article concludes that this style is used for two purposes: stabilizing the author's thought and sometimes it can be used for indicating the generality of the subject. It also proves that there is not a specific method for translating this style; however, it should be done in a way that the fluency of the text is not harmed
