Synthesis and Characterization of newthiadiazol and pyrimidine Derivatives

This Study include the synthesis of Five and Six membered ring hetero cyclic compounds ,and we can be divided the work by two parts. Part one Includes Synthesis 2-amino -5-mercapto -1,3,4- thiadiazol(AMT)and then preparedifferent Schiff basewhich is prepared from AMT reacted with different Subsitauted aldehydes.Part twoIncludes preparation new pyrimidine derivative . Preparation the pyrimidine derivatives was through reacting two different types of chalcone with Urea presence 5ml of concentrated hydrochloric acidwhich are then neutralized with ammonium hydroxide. All compounds are identified by (FT:IR), and Mass and C 13-NMR and Some compounds by H1-NMR
