This study aims to identify the compatibility of the school curriculum of the accounting with the needs ofthe labor market in Algeria. Therefore, we relied on a random sample from the students of Kasdi MerbahUniversity in Ouargla and the university of the Echahid Hamma Lakhdar in El Oued .At the end of theacademic year 2016/2017, where 84 questionnaires were retrieved from 100 distributed, and using somestatistical tools. A number of results have been reached, the most important of which is the insufficientcurriculum, especially the training component of specialized information programs for the needs of the labormarket.
