This study focuses on the determinants of foreign direct investment (FDI) as an international phenomenonthat contributes to linking countries economies to each other through the policies of the host countries. Algeriaand Morocco paid great attention to attracting this resource in terms of enacting legal legislation and providingfiscal and fiscal incentives, Commercial and customs obstacles that prevent the flow of foreign capital. Theresults of this paper have shown that the inflows according to the annual statistics have varied between the twocountries as a result of the investment environment and the business climate in which each country is available.Ongoing trade agreements adopted by these two countries and the agreements concluded in the field of foreigntrade have affected the volume of incoming flows.
