Electronic Document Protection by Using Copyright Protection and Digital Signature

The rapid growth of Internet for distribution of electronic document which lead to ease of replication, manipulation and misuse, Organization must protect electronic document which content sensitive information. This paper suggests method for increasing security of sensitive electronic document by applying three main levels: • Encryption Technique which can be achieved accountability and confidentiality by using RSA algorithm. • Authorization and copyright protection achieved by embedding watermarking in text or image according to the document content. • Digital signature techniques which can be achieved integrity, authenticity and non- repudiation by using the Secure Hash Standard (SHS).
