We have reached in this research that there is a committee requires to change tariff ofelectricity and gas in the Algerian market of electricity and gas; this committee is calledindependent Algerian commission for controlling electricity and gas that authenticate on any file oftaxation submitted by the complex of SONELGAZ judge to amend the company s products. Theresults of the field study, which was on 397 Single in the state of Blida showed great sensitivity ofthe consumer to SONELGAZ products especially electricity. To relieve the concentration ofelectricity demand in peak hours curve pregnancy we suggest experimenting with bilateralpricing overnight, day and night on a sample of participants logged in the company and expandgradually, to all the participants that the results were good.
