قرار الرفع في راس المال نقدا تحت تاثيرالاداء المالي و البورصي دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من الموسسات المدرجة في سوق عمان للاوراق المالية

This article aimed to highlight the impact of financial and market’s performanceon Capital increase’s décision. The sample included 36 industrial companies listed in Amman stockexchange in 2008, by using a Logistic regression and Probit Model. We concluded that the marketperformance has a positive impact, while the financial performance has a negative impact on theprobability of issuing new sharesinstead of indebtedness (debt).
