دراسة تطبيقية لمنهج التصنيف الداخلي الاساسي (حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري خلال فترة 2004- 2008)

The main objective of this article is to identify the extent of the possibility of applying the Foundation Internal Rating Approach in an Algerian bank, and its contribution to the credit risk assessment. This is using the method of case study, by applying Foundation Internal Rating Approach as a new criteria of Basel II in Bank Extérieur Algérien – Ouargla Agency-; during the period of 2004-2008, using the discriminatory analysis tool in estimating function scoring.
