چكيده فارسي :
This study aims to find out the reality of human resource training in petroleumcompanies, a case study of the National Company for transportation and marketing ofhydrocarbons (Sonatrach) during the period from 2006 to 2015. We adopted in this study,the descriptive method in order to provide a description of the variable study (training), andthe analytical method in the practical side through curves analysis.The study concluded that human resource training process is very expensiveespecially the external training and training is mostly devoted to the managers andspecialists. The effectiveness of training programs that contribute to reducing the costsresulting from forgone days and work accidents.
