چكيده فارسي :
The competitiveness of national economies is increasingly dependent on their ability to produce and use knowledge, as knowledge, education and innovation are the main indicators of economic growth in a globalizing world. Many States have adopted policies relating to the pro-duction and transformation of knowledge into wealth that stimulate growth and the competitive-ness of their economies. Through this study we have worked to measure some of the knowledge economy variables of pre- university education, higher education, research and development, information and commu-nication technology (ICT) and finally the structure of the economy to achieve economic growth in North African States during the period (2000-2017) using data PANL, the study found a corre-lation between all pre-university education, information and communication technology and the economy affecting per capita real income.
