In this article, we try to highlight the different stages of development of the science of Maqasid al-Shariah, by using a graphic curve that shows the various stages of this development. His reading allows us to identify the most important and fundamental deviations that resulted from new qualitative additions that actually contributed to the development of the science of the purposes of Sharia. Hence, our topic was: giving a picture and a descriptive form of the curve that reflects that development, then a brief explanation of it and its conformity with the objective and scientific issues that contributed to the foundation of the science of maqasid. Let us then address the various three turning points, and culminate in a conclusion that includes the most important results.
