This would contribute to making human resources take in all the developments in knowledge and information, because the interest in human development is considered as a main lever for sustainable development, which is more evident in the nature of the approaches adopted in modifying educational programs. Taking into account the profound changes that the teaching profession is witnessing, the roles of the teacher are no longer confined to the tasks of teaching, education and training. Today, he undertakes complex tasks, given that he is a key actor in the transfer and consolidation of knowledge, and a component of the learners in a world that requires more capabilities and competencies. The human resource - the teacher - is primarily mental energy and intellectual capacity, a source of information, suggestions and innovations, and an active element capable of positive participation in thought and opinion.
