عقبات تفعيل دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في حوكمة عمليات بناء السلام

The article aims to highlight the role played by NGOs in the governance of peacebuilding operations in order to serve the concept of mutual peace. This study is based on a review of all areas of non-governmental organizations' intervention, as well as identifying the most important obstacles to activating their role in the peacebuilding phase. The study has identified three basic elements that limit the effectiveness of NGOs in efforts to build the foundations of a “consistent peace”, and they are related to: the size and extent of the flow and source of funding, the extent to which societal components accept them, as well as their collision with local societal specificities that often conflict with Recipes provided by Non-Governmental Organizations. It is a situation that requires making structural corrections to improve the effectiveness of work mechanisms in light of the shortcomings that can be discerned in the experiences of these organizations.
