چكيده عربي :
قد حثّ الاسلام على حبّ الاوطان والدفاع عنها وبذل النفس والنفيس في سبيلها ، واهم عامل في الحفاظ على الوطن وترجمة حقيقية لهذا الحب الغرائزي ، هو الدفاع عنه عن طريق القوات المسلحة التي تعد الذراع الضارب والقوة الحامية والمدافعة ضد اي عدوان او تجاوز. كما ان التخطيط الاستراتيجي والنظرة المستقبلية المدروسة لها دور كبير في رفع كفاءة هذه القوات وتوجيهها التوجه السليم الذي ينبني على دراسات وخطط وفق منهج علمي مدروس. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة ليسلط الضوء على هذه الموسسة الوطنية في المملكة العربية السعودية ، وقد تناولت فيها ما يلي: تعريف القوات المسلحة ، وما تتضمنه من قوات،ماهية الاستراتيجيات الدفاعية وكيف تحقق هذه الاستراتيجيات اهداف الامن الوطني ،خصائص القوات المسلحة والتي تمثلت في بعض الخصائص التي لا تتوافر في اية قوات مثيلة في العالم،ثم شرعت الدراسة في الاجابة عن تساول منهجي وهو : ما الجدوى من التخطيط الاستراتيجي للدولة ؟ ، كما تناولت الدراسة العوامل الموثرة على استراتيجيات الدولة العسكرية،ثم عرضت الدراسة للمواد القانونية في النظام الاساسي للحكم في المملكة العربية السعودية ، والمنظمة للاستراتيجيات الدفاعية،كما تناولت الدراسة الهدف من انشاء القوات المسلحة والذي يتمثل في الدفاع عن : ا _العقيدة. ب _الحرمين الشريفين. ج_ المجتمع .د_الوطن،مفصلاً القول في كل هدف من هذه الاهداف،ثم ناقشت الدراسة دور المجلس الوطني السعودي في رسم الاستراتيجيات الدفاعية ،وفي ختام الدراسة ابرزت اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها وكذلك التوصيات مذيلا الدراسة بالمراجع التي استندت عليها في اتمام هذا العمل.

Islam has urged the love of the homeland, defending it, and giving oneself and precious things for it, and the most important factor in preserving the homeland and a true translation of this instinctive love is defending it through the armed forces, which are the striking arm and the protective and defending force against any aggression or transgression. Strategic planning and a studied future outlook have a major role in raising the efficiency of these forces and directing them in the right direction that is based on studies and plans according to a well-studied scientific approach. This study came to shed light on this national institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it dealt with the following: the definition of the armed forces, and what they contain of forces, what are the defensive strategies and how these strategies achieve the goals of national security, the characteristics of the armed forces, which were represented in some of the characteristics that There are no similar forces in the world, then the study proceeded to answer a systematic question: What is the feasibility of strategic planning for the state? The study also dealt with the factors influencing the military strategies of the state, then the study presented the legal articles in the basic system of government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the organization of defense strategies. D_The homeland, detailing each of these goals, then the study discussed the role of the Saudi National Council in drawing up defense strategies, and at the conclusion of the study highlighted the most important results it reached, as well as recommendations appended to the study with references on which it was based in completing this work.
