Study the impact of measuring the transparency of the public budget in the reform of the public financial management system

The research seeks to shed light on the availability of the principles of transparency in the Iraqi public budget and its implications in the development of the public financial management system, considering that the budget is the most widely used document for the distribution of public resources and at the same time is an obligation on the government to meet the needs of its citizens.
