In the books of eloquence, the reader finds a holistic idea through which the ancient elocutionist tried to create linguistic engineering with ingenious systems that control everyone who works to express and influence. In these books, the researcher will look at the issue of speech making, which the rhetoricians have spoken about, and which, we believe, is a semi-verbal approach that finds its place in the language of the text. Thus, in this study, we try to understand the issue and to extend and activate the bridge of communication between it and what we find in texts of linguistical theories, as the linguistic branch that emerged in the late 1960s. It is considered the theory of speechmaking in Arabic rhetoric that indicated to many linguistic issues in the text which we have tried so hard to prove in this article. We wonder: How did the idea of making rhetorical speech become reflected in contemporary theories of linguistic text?
