This research entitled “Arguments and their connotations in the “Ascending Sacrifice” by Mufdi Zakariya” seeks to look at the most critical forms of arguments employed by the poet, where he wants to rob the opponent in the most severe case of argumentation; the victim's argument with the executioner to show his bankruptcy in his war, and try to suppress the will of this victim. From the stylistic forms of the arguments which we will stand at 1. Language Mechanisms, 2. Rhetorical Mechanisms. 3. Deliberative Mechanisms.
