This study aimed to identify the sources of WAQF funds investment, and their Controls, through showing the concept of WAQF funds investment, and Sources, methods, and Controls of WAQF funds investment. The study was based on the descriptive and inductive approach. The study found that WAQF funds investment includes: The compensatory investment and, also includes an increase in WAQF principal. and there was no evidence to the attention of Jurists toward WAQF investment to increase its principal, but they dealt with the issue of keeping the WAQF and its repair, and study also demonstrated that the investment of WAQF funds has several tools, including ancient, and modern. The study confirmed that the investment of WAQF funds requires taking into account the general legitimacy Controls in addition to taking into account the ethical criteria's, not to mention the legitimacy Controls of investment tools. On the other hand the economic determinants of investing WAQF can't be ignored such that (profitability, liquidity, and risk). On the other hand, taking into account the social dimension is an important issue, By focusing on projects with economic and social returns in the same time.
