Directing verbal expression from human behavior in the Qur’an and Sunnah: An educational study

This study aimed at pointing out the role of The Glorious Quran and Sunnah in directing ( modulating) verbal expressions in human’s behavior, as well as recognizing the aims of such modulation; n addition to explicating the approaches to modulate such verbal expressions. The study has primarily concluded that modulating the verbal expressions in Islamic Education means to help human beings and provide them with guidance and counselling in order to choose suitable words, phrases and expressions in their discourse, in a way that does not contradict with The Glorious Quran and Sunnah. Some of the various aims for modulating these verbal expressions are enhancing one’s ability to express feelings towards others and improving effective good interaction; in addition to inviting people to worship God. In this regard, the Glorious Quran and our prophet (peace be upon him) have used many methods to modulate verbal expressions in a way compatible with the necessity and circumstances. Some of them are direct and others are indirect, which together implants a strong effect in human’s spirit and serves as a preventive shield against any verbal deviation, and thus modulating them correctly.
