The study examined the legality of Protecting the Public Interest and its Relationship to Expropriation, and it proved that Protecting the Public Interest is not confined to a time of the Prophet but it is permissible for the referees to achieve the public good, and that the legality of Protecting seized the terms of Islam and controls so as not to be left to the moods of the rulers. Also it addressed the relationship between Protecting disarm and the private ownership of public goods; it proved that it is permissible if the public interest is necessary. Keywords: (Protecting.
