Psychological needs of psychologists and their impact on the determination of legal rulings, an applied analytical study

The study sought to reveal the extent of taking notice of the spirit of the legislation to the psychological needs, and the psychological impact, and the extent of their impact in the legislation of jurisprudence. The Psychological need might be conducive to the rule of legislation, or to restrict the act, as long as they are consistent with the general rules of law, its total assets, and it is vested to achieve the benefit intended for wise counselor. It is one of the purposes of Sharia majority. While the psychological needs may clash legitimate text, or the Law of Sharia rules, it could result in a drop of a legitimate decision which necessitates then as wasted and not paid attention to it; this occurs as a preservation of general rule, and legitimate text. The psychological needs do not occur randomly, but they occur according to the responsibility of controls intended for the wise counselor, so first the psychological need must be considered itself legal to the wise counselor; in addition ,the attention to the psychological need must lead to achieve the interests of the legitimacy of his way.
