The interpretative operation consists of two important stages that one of them don't dismantle about the other, and one of them don't become complete without the other, so and they are the deductive diligence and the applied diligence, and has treated a previous study the second stage from them so and it is the applied diligence or Al Tnzili in terms of the criteria that it is a must to the applied diligent from it at its view of the issue the rule place and its reality, and the circumstances are Al Mhtfa by them and what he knew from presumptions and aftermaths that affect the judgment of this issue, and that study has concluded that there are two kinds from the criteria that it's necessary from their care at the view of the events and lowering the judgments on them ; so and it is the objective criteria and the personal criteria, and after a clarification desired from these criteria and their kinds this study came for the clarification of the legitimate consolidation of them from the Book of Allah, and its messenger Sunna peace be upon him, and the Rightly Guided Caliphs jurisprudence and the guided Companions by what improves with legitimate consolidation to them he testifies with their legitimacy and their consideration and appears clearly the care of the noble legislator of them.
