The approach of Imam Ahmad in the hadiths that he brought out in other than the contexts of the Musnads of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs as a model

This paper addressed one of the issues relating to Imam Ahmad approach in his book, and that is his classification for some Hadiths without referring to the ones telling them. The scholars were accustomed to justify this as being one of the mistakes or ignorance and leading some of them to say: We will correct this mistake in the appendices. As this was the case, the current study was to investigate this issue by identifying the features' of Imam Ahmad approach in this mater, starting from the researcher's conviction that pioneering scholars in this field of study have used this approach on deep balanced basis, either explicit in some positions or implicit in others. This was applied to the reference of righteous caliphs. The researcher studied the Hadeeths classified in each reference and it was concluded that this approach has scientific advantages, hold some implicit messages and is realized by classification.
