The Islamic thought has been discussed through many studies that revolves around a group of ideas and principles. When examining those thoughts, it is clear that most of which have many epistemological dilemmas where it needs to be formed in a more organized, logical and harmonized way. It depended more on the old thoughts in a way that it was not able to reveal itself as a solid system as the case with the inherited school system. Therefore, the contemporary Islamic thought still needs many profound studies to form a new point of view involving the sciences and topics that have been found for over than a thousand year. Since Islam came as the closure to all other Divine religions that goes with most of the changes of the ages, it is expected to propose accepted legislative rules that goes with the current globalization of the human societies, rules that are flexible enough to find detailed or complete solutions for the issues of life that became more complicated with the accelerated human development.
