The approach of Sheikh Al-Tuwati in his interpretation of the precious pearl

This research deals with the approach of Sheikh Al-Tawati bin Al-Tawati Al-Jaza’iri in his interpretation of the precious Durr and the general direction of it. The Sheikh in his interpretation by quoting some examples and comments, then we put an evaluation of the interpretation at the end of the section, in which we showed the most important that appeared to us through our knowledge of its interpretation. The summary of what we reached in the conclusion of the research is that the interpretation of the precious Durr is one of the educational jurisprudence interpretations, that is: the Sheikh was interested in deciding the legal rulings and reforming hearts, and his interpretation can be classified within the jurisprudential direction as it can be classified within the reformist trend.
