Measuring the condition of Imam Abi Dawood in his Sunan in the layers of Imam Az-Zuhri

One of the presumptions of weighting in the event of conflict is an explanation of the extent to which the student adheres to his sheikh, and how many scholars have reasoned with this. There is a difference between them, and one of the most important means of selection was the issue of the student’s staying with his sheikh. In this research, the researcher studies a living example mentioned by scholars, which is Imam Al-Zuhri and his students. To give the true picture of selection through this example, he arrives at results that are contrary to what is taught from the words of the two Imams Al-Hazmi and Ibn Rajab, and who agreed with them on its division into the classes of the students of Imam Al-Zuhri.
