The study aimed to finding the degree of application of the principals of the management by objectives in Hafar Al-Batin governorate schools in Saudi Arabia, and ways of improvement needed for the application, and the disclosure of whether there is a statistically significant due to the variables (sex, educational qualification, years of service).
To achieve the objectives of the study The questionnaire was developed Of the four divisions, which were respectively: study variables, (34) items distributed on five areas, an open question on the proposed ways to improve the range of activating the partnership between the school and the community.
The study population consisted of (467), director and director, has been taking a full community, retrieved (412) complete a questionnaire conditions.
The study found that: • the degree of application management by objectives in the Hafar Al-Batin schools came Hafar Al-Batin significantly.
• There were no statistically significant differences for the variables of the study, except for the sex variable was in favor of females.
Of the most important recommendations of the study: • ensuring the participation of all the principals in the development of education management plan.
• oblige the administrators of school management to active participation in the preparation of the school action plan.
