The objective of this research is to identify the extent to which school principals have the competencies of educational leadership from their point of view. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire and distributed it to 35 managers and managers in Beni Kenana. After conducting the statistical analysis, , an‎d there were no statistically significant differences at (α0.05). The level of school principals' ownership of educational leadership competencies according to the variables (gender, qualification, experience). The values of (T) were statistically insignificant.
