Effect of Annealing Temperature on The Preparing InSb by Flash and Thermal Evaporation

InSb thin films have been prepared successfully by flash and thermal evaporation at optimum condition , and we get thin films with finet chemical structure like InSb films .The structure of the as-deposited and annealed InSb films were determined by using x-ray diffraction .It is found from the measurement that the structure of all prepared films were polycrystalline. Hall effect of the films has been investigated and where determent the carrier mobility and films type. Photoconductivity of the films has been investigated at room temperature, it is found that the films have ability of photoconduction.
