    This paper demonstrates basic concepts from speckly images like Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Laser imaging. In this paper we study and analysis this images and we prove the multiplicative nature from speckle noise. It has set out to introduce the reader to the information and applications for all types imaging discussed. It has only been possible to scratch the surface and the interested reader is directed to the bibliography to track down more detailed information. Analysis of objects illuminated by coherent waves is considered an important task in image interpretation for information extraction from data obtained by imaging devices that use coherent-illumination, such as laser, microwave, ..... etc. But, the main shortcoming associated with these mentioned imaging system is a kind of signal-dependent noise; called speckle noise, which is due to the coherent nature of the used signals, so in this research we proves that the speckle is a multiplicative noise, and that there is an inverse relationship between Estimated Number Looks (ENL) and speckle visibility for speckle data files. According o this, modeling the speckle noise as multiplicative noise has been done, with mean value equal unity, and of distribution that obeys the chi-square distribution .
