    Islamic rules have many main features, one of famous one its generality for all life sides, and it is suitable for any place and time, can be developed according to circumstances and habits, as well as Islamic rules and instructions still feeding commercial markets and offering legal limits and orders which control financial dealing, commercial contracts in all types and details, from those details we will focus on commercial advertisements and it's rules and conditions according to Islamic instructions. We have found that this subject was very important and need to be discussed due to its social, cultural, educational, and ethical affections through what this advertisement call to. During our research I have decide to divide my research in three chapters that will discuss advertisement definition, conditions, origin and its Islamic rule. In the Islamic advertisement rule chapter we have found that it is allowed by Islamic rules because it was one of marketing methods and commercial activities under many evidence that support our opinion. But this order and methods fully controlled by a group of Islamic curbs which should be available in any advertisement such as truth, honesty and accuracy, also it should be not a call for prohibitive, not for disservice products by other companies or manufacturers, not for improvidence or prodigality and all other conditions that make the advertisement judicial and legal. If all above mentioned conditions was defects or not available in the advertisement, this advertisement will be not legal and refused by Islamic instructions and religion. By this, we can say that Islamic religion and instruction registering a new antecedence in the (advertisement activities control) field, which it have been very identical and compatible with Islamic dispensation and rules basics and its intents.
