المحاماة في صدر الاسلام دراسة تاريخي

This study deals with advocacy in early Islam period from a historical and analytic point of view. The significance of this topic is due to the fact that advocacy is the right-hand of justice to give rights. No doubt, civilized societies strive to do justice among people. In this article on advocacy, we consulted many references to trace back the origin and beginnings of this noble occupation. It was called power of altering for advocacy. The study is divided into three sections. The first is devoted to the definition of advocacy its terminology. Section Two deals with the major methods of advocacy at that period and provides accounts of the application of these methods by offering details and stories about sessions and trails. The third section focuses on the eligibility of the successful advocate and his status in society. Then follows the bibliography which lists the major references used in the writing of this simple work.
