This research aims at revealing the human uses of the natural plant in the governorate of holyKerballa. It concludes that the natural plant in the governorate of holyKerballa has a great importance; some of the natural plants in the study area are used for medical purposes such as reeds which used for backache, cough, scabies and itch, diuretic, menstruation, scorpion bite and others. The study shows that most of the natural plants in the study area are pasture especially the grass or herb and thistle which contain high value such as the ( Sebt); a green herb in the desert and semi desert areas pastured by camels, and tamarisk which is of the perennial herb, that grow and spread quickly, with high rate of protein and phosphor and pastured by sheep and goats. It also shows that some of the natural plant is used for industrial purposes such as the willow which used for the boats and houses roofs as well for baskets, the ( gharab) which also used for the house and yards` roofs and tent pillars, and the nabk or the Christ thorn which is used for the boats and certain kinds of chairs. There are some other uses, less importance than what are mentioned above, such the domestic purposes.
