Language is an integral part of culture. The means of expression of any culture is knowledge and its mode of transmission is the word and language. So, language is the most authentic foundation of all cultural phenomena and this is because it has a double condition: instrument of thought and instrument of communication between human beings by characteristic common to humans to express their experiences and communicate them to others through the use of symbols, signals and sounds recorded by the sense organs. Human beings develop a complex language that is expressed with sound sequences and graphic signs.
