اصطناع 1-الليل- -a3-متيل -e3- هيدروكسي -e6 ( 2 -بنزيلوكسي فنيل) بيبيريدون- 4 وبعض مشتقاته وتوصيفها باستخدام مطيافيات H-NMR وM.S و FT-IR

In this work we synthesized a new piperidone compound and some of its derivatives which have effective biological importance, and we discribed methods of synthesis of these compounds and identified their structure and physical constants. These compounds are the following: 1-allyl-3a-methyl-3ehydroxy-6-(2-benzeyloxyphenyl) piperidone-4(II) and its derivatives 6-allyl-8bmethyl-2-oxa-6-aza-3,4-benzobicyclo [3,3,1] nonane diol 1α, 8α(III) and 1α,8αdiacetoxy-6- allyl -8b- methyl-2-oxa-6-aza-3,4-benzobicyclo [3,3,1] nonane(IV), and 1-allyl- 3e-hydroxy -3a-methyl-6e(2-hydroxyphenyl) piperidone oxime4(V), and 1-Allyl-3e- hydroxyl-3a-methyl-3e,4e- dihydroxy-6(2-hydroxyphenyl) piperidone(VI).The infrared spectra (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) and mass spectrometry ( MS) of these compounds were studied.
